Multidisciplinary and holistic education
University has implemented the guidelines of the UGC for multidisciplinary degree programs at UG and PG level, regulations for implementation on Academic Bank Credit (ABC), multi entry and multi exit facility to the students, launched the academic programs as per National Credit Framework, and allow the students to pursue two academic programs simultaneously.

Digital empowerment and online learning
AKS University offers the students to take up online NPTEL/SWAYAM courses. After successful completion, university offers to add its credits in their final result.

Skill Development and employability
AKS University is working closely with various sector skill councils (SSCs) of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) to align various skill development programs and its National Skill Qualifications Framework (NSQF) in the regular UG and PG programs to train and skill the students with certain skill sets according to industrial requirements so that employability of the students can be enhanced. University already implemented the apprenticeship embedded degree programs as well in technical degree programs. University also included the Life Skill courses (Jeevan Kaushal). For enhancing the employability of the students, University has implemented the guideline of the UGC for appointment of the Professor of Practice and appointed Professors having vast industrial experiences.

Research, innovation and Entrepreneurship
For implementing the NEP-2020 mandates related to research, innovation and Entrepreneurship, University has launched the Research and Innovation Policy, that supports to promote the faculty, researchers and students to undertake the innovative research that can be translated in value added products of any business. University has established a Centre for Research Innovation, Incubation and Skill Development (CRIISD) that actively promotes the Research Innovation, Business Incubation, and Skill development activities in the University. University has the MSME, Govt. of India approved Business Incubator as Host Institutive. University has got approval for E-YUVA Centre from Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC), Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt. of India for empowering the youths to undertake the innovative value-added translation research. University has an ecosystem for Business Incubation that works in association with some Smart City Incubation Centers, Atal Incubation Centers, BioNest Incubators and E-YUVA Centers of the Nation to provide mentor supports and investors supports to the budding Entrepreneurs.

Capacity building of teachers for quality education
University regular organizes the faculty development program (FDP) for the capacity building of the teachers. University also encourages to the teachers to attend and present their research in the prestigious national and international conferences.

Governance and autonomy:
AKs University has developed an Institutional Development Plan (IDP) for inculcating the good governance in the University as well as the institutional development as the present and future need. University also established Grievances Cell for the Students that redress the grievances of the students as per the UGC guidelines.

Accreditation and excellence
University is accredited with regulating bodies such as Indian Council of Agriculture Research (ICAR), Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), Paramedical Council of Madhya Pradesh, NCTE, BCI, and NABL. University has developed some Centre of Excellence in Biotechnology, Green Chemistry, Cement Technology, Mining Engineering, Agriculture Sciences and Food Technology for undertaking the innovative translational research that can lead to any sustainable business. Now university is applying for NAAC, ISO Certifications, NBA and NIRF Accreditation.

Equitable and Inclusive Education
For gender parity AKS university has established the Women Cell for Safety and Security to redress the grievances as per the UGC guidelines. University has launched the policy to support the socio-economically disadvantageous groups (SEDGs) based on gender identities such as female and transgender individuals, socio-cultural identities (SC/ST/OBC and minorities), and geographical identifies (such as students from villages and below poverty lines). University also inculcating the NSS and NCC activities to foster the social responsibilities among the students as per the UGC guidelines. University also started some special courses on Human Values and Professional Ethics as per the guidelines of the UGC on Mulya Pravah 2.0 in degree programs. For making aware about environment, University offers Environmental Education in all programs run by the University. University provides accessible facilities and infrastructure for comfortable movement and mobility of the physically disadvantageous students and group. University also launched the policy for promotion of Physical Fitness, Sports, Students' Health, Welfare, Psychological and Emotional Well-beings.

Promotion of Indian Languages and Indian Knowledge Systems
University has introduced 2 credit courses on Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) in all programs and also mapped IKS in all curriculum and included the ancient knowledge development in India related to specific field. University also organized workshops and trainings on orientation of faculty on IKS. University also working on the inclusion of the Indian Heritage and Culture in the curriculum. University also appointed artists and artisans to promote the classical singing, dancing and drama programs.

Internationalization of Education
AKS University has created a active network with the some foreign universities in the ASEAN countries including Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Philippines etc. for students internship, collaborative research and academic exchange program. Recently, university has developed a Directorate, International Affairs for developing a strong network to develop collaborative research, students and faculty exchange programs.
